Suspended Black Glass Shelf Units - Complete Black Cable System & Black Shelves!

Suspended Black Glass Shelf Units feature our exclusive black glass shelving boards and all the necessary suspension wires & fittings (in black) to create a shelving system suspended between the ceiling and the floor. Position a complete shelving unit on your store's shop floor or integrate one into your window display! Each complete suspended glass shelving unit consists of (4) black cable wires with ceiling-to-floor fixings and (4) black shelf supports for each shelf.

This innovative system eliminates the need for holes in the glass; with modern shelf supports, you can add or remove any shelf board from the cables at any time. This design enables the addition of shelving boards without disturbing or removing the adjacent shelves already in place, both above and below. We offer toughened safety glass shelf boards, available in a variety of standard sizes. Custom glass shelf boards are available on request.

Note: Cables can be cut shorter to the required length during installation.

How to install ceiling-to-floor cables & fittings:

1. The ceiling & floor fixings unscrew into two pieces.
2. First, screw the brass part of the ceiling fixture into the ceiling, then reattach its black cap. The brass part should be hidden under the black cap if done correctly.
3. Suspend the cable from the ceiling part by passing it through the small hole in the floor fixing and through the spring underneath.
4. Cut the cable to the desired length and attach the cable-stopper cylinder to the end of the cable by tightening the small screws on the cylinder.
5. Screw the bottom part of the floor fixing into the floor, and then securely attach the top part to it. The spring inside the floor fitting will provide tension to the cable, keeping it straight and tight.
6. Install four cables from the ceiling to the floor to create a column, by attaching four panel supports per shelf board, two on the left cable and two on the right cable.
7. You can easily add as many shelves as you like at any time, using additional shelf supports!
