Victorian Rail Heavy Carpet Hanging Kit (Hang 50kg Rugs!)

The Victorian Rail Heavy Carpet Hanging Kit is perfect for use in exhibitions, expos, and similar events. This efficient carpet hanger supports extra heavy rugs, holding up to 50kg of weight. The rug clamp utilizes a moulding hook to anchor to a wooden picture rail - it can support carpet materials up to 20mm thick. Note: At least two kits are required to hang any rug or carpet!

The Moulding Hook & Rug Clamp are available in several matching colours: White, Black, Silver, Red, Pink, Walnut (Brown), and Gold (Custom colours & combinations are available on request!) This complete kit is compatible with most standard moulding and wooden picture rail profiles.

(1) Heavy carpet clamp
(1) Clamp insert

How to use:

• After every 50 cm or less, attach a carpet clamp across the top of your rug.
• Slide the carpet material inside the clamp and tighten the Hex / Allen screw.
• To protect the carpet fibres from wear damage, you can wrap the clamp insert over the edge before inserting it into the clamp.
• Attach the moulding hook to the carpet clamp by hooking it onto its hanging loop.
• To hang the carpet, anchor the moulding hook onto your Victorian picture rail or wood moulding.
