Clip Rail Heavy Carpet Clamp Kit

The Clip Rail Heavy Carpet Clamp Kit is ideal for hanging thick rugs, weavings, old carpets and long tapestries in museums & art galleries. An efficient rug hanger kit with an aluminium picture rail & steel cables for hanging extra heavy carpet material up to 100kg in weight! This system uses suspended cables which enable the position of any featured rug to be moved (left & right) across the picture rail at any time! - The supplied cables can be in lengths of 1m, 2m, or 3m (Custom lengths are available on request!)

This heavy carpet hanging set also includes fully adjustable self-locking hooks that can be easily re-positioned to suit the carpet's display. And auto-spring lock their position upon release! The carpet clamps anchor onto these hooks and hang carpet material up to 20mm thick. - Apply supplied cables every 50cm to maintain your carpet's composure! The aluminium picture rail and carpet clamps are available in colours: White, Black, Silver, Red, Pink, Walnut (Brown), and Gold. (Custom colours are available on request!)

Clip Rail - track installation

Mark points every 30 cm along the wall you would like your rail to be. These will be used to position the Mounting clips! Make holes at these points with your drill, and place the wall plugs inside them. Next place a screw  inside a Mounting clip, bearing in mind the flat side on the clip will be against the wall, and screw it to the wall. Do this for each hole made. Now take a piece of tracking, place the top-edge of the rear slot over the Mounting-clips, and push downwards. The rail will now "click" into place!
